Female tube web spider (Segestria florentina), showing its striking green iridiscent fangs or "chelicerae", with which they can deliver a nasty bite. They hunt bees and wasps, as well as nocturnal insects such as moths and cockroaches. As their name suggests, this species spins a tubular web, of which six silken lines radiate from it, each touched by one of the six frontal legs. © 2016 Carlos Vermeersch Tube Web Spider
